It all started in 2022, when Francys and her husband, Joel, made the decision to share their culinary passion with the Flagstaff community by launching a food truck named. With their combined skills and expertise, Francys, Pastry Chef at Twin Arrows Navajo Casino, and Joel,Retail Food & Beverage Manager of Northern Arizona University, launched their food truck in hopes of success. And indeed, their culinary passion and teamwork have brought them closer to achieving their goal. Boricua Luna was even voted Best Entree and Best Dessert in 2022 by the Taste of Flagstaff. Now, in 2023, they are thrilled to announce the opening of their brick and mortar location, which will allow them to satisfy their customers' cravings with even more delectable dishes.
